Brazo Gitano


I learned this recipe from my grandmother that passed away 11 years ago. She learned this recipe from her mother and her mother from her mother so this recipe has being in the family for a long time. I remember that every Christmas she would invites to her house and she would make this delicious cake. Every time she made this recipe here kitchen smelled so good. This recipe always reminds me of my grandmother. 

Brazo Gitano 


s       Ingredients:
s  5 EGGS
s  5 TBSP OF SUGAR
s  5 TBSP OF FLOUR


Direction:
In a bowl beat the egg whites until stiff. In another one beat the yolks with the sugar and flour. Incorporate the egg whites in the sugar and the flour. Put the mixture into a greased tin.  Put in the oven at 200°c for 10 minutes.Take it out of the oven and put it on wet cloth.  Fill it with anything you like inside and roll it.
